Liberation Benches

King and Queen Street has become home to an installation telling the story of the island’s Occupation.

Taking over the backs of the street benches, using images kindly supplied by the Société Jersiaise and Jersey Archive, will allow islanders to get a snapshot of what island life was like during the five years of German Occupation.
